FixPicPdf is a free online toolkit for students, job seekers, and creators worldwide. We use a privacy-first design — most tools run in your browser.

1. Do we require login?

No. You don't need an account, email, or login. We don't store personal profiles.

2. Where do your files go?

• Browser-based tools (photo editor, PDF tools, compressors): Processing happens on your device. Files are not uploaded or permanently stored on our servers.
• AI tools (resume analyzer, form filler, notes summarizer): Only text you paste or extract may be sent for processing. Original files are not stored.

3. Analytics

We may collect basic anonymous usage analytics (e.g. which tools are used) to improve the site. This is not linked to your identity. No personal files go into analytics.

4. Cookies & local storage

Theme preference (dark/light) may be saved in your browser's local storage. We don't use tracking or third-party ad cookies.

5. Third-party services

• Google Gemini API — for AI features. Only tool input text is processed; we don't collect API keys from users.
• Hosting provider — standard server logs (IP, browser type) may exist temporarily per the host's policy.

6. Children's privacy

FixPicPdf does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us if you're a guardian with concerns.

7. Your rights

Because we don't store personal accounts, data deletion requests are limited. Clear browser local storage to remove theme preference. Use the Contact page for questions.

8. Policy updates

This policy may be updated anytime. Changes appear on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
